Unfortunately I cant say Im impressed

Unfortunately I cant say Im impressed. Our order was placed on 19th December and delivered on 29th. Apparently this is within expectations for Scotland- no sign or advisory on this at time of order. The item we bought was delivered broken and Ive now waited 2 days for a response from Xoots on arranging a replacement. Xoots responded 4 days ago.to inform us that a replacement is wbeing arranged, which is good- habing to dispose of the broken one ourselves is not so good. Still.awaiging arrival of replacement fingers crossed its okay!
