DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING!I’ve been dealing with Xpage for over a week now, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased one of their plans, and the service I received is utterly disappointing. The product simply does not work. I've provided picture and video evidence of the issue and they're solution was to delete and re-add my store. Funny enough, deletion of my store is not possible because my store is too new. You would think their customer support knew that. I’ve been waiting over 6 days for any meaningful customer support, and all I get are slow, generic responses that don't address my issue. This company has wasted not just my money, but more importantly, my TIME. The customer service is completely inefficient, with delayed replies and a lack of any real solutions. If you’re looking for a reliable service with responsive support, learn from my mistake and choose a company that actually knows how to deliver.
