Not a good experience

Went to cancel a subscription, was routed to Xpendy to send a letter for which I got charged. Then received an email from the company whose subscription I wanted to cancel directing me to cancel myself on their Web site, another delay and effectively a wasted fee paying xpendy to do the cancellation, yet still having to do it myself. AS xpendy haven't achieved what I asked them to do, they should refund my fee.
