Taking advantage of the older generation (my grandmother) with their cancellation fees, passive-aggressive customer service (think good cop bad cop), and hoops you have to jump through to cancel.
Who would think a company that makes it easier to cancel subscriptions would make it an absolute misery to cancel their own subscription.
It's just bull****, vampiric finance tactics to sustain this what should be a one-and-done service.
