System Error Breached My Profitable Account - Wrong Rules Applied to 2-Step Account

I'm writing this review to warn other traders about a serious system error that cost me a profitable funded account, and XPIPS's complete refusal to correct their mistake. What Happened:I successfully passed both Phase 1 (Account #680958897) and Phase 2 (Account #680959049) of the 2-Step challenge program. I was then given a $100,000 funded account which I grew to $111,580 - an $11,580 profit.Despite being highly profitable, my account was suddenly breached for "violating trailing drawdown."The Problem:XPIPS applied TRAILING DRAWDOWN rules to my 2-STEP account. According to their own published "Maximum Drawdown Rules" page:2-Step accounts use STATIC drawdown at 10% ($90,000 breach on $100,000)Trailing drawdown ONLY applies to Instant Funded accountsThis is clearly documented on their website. The Numbers:With CORRECT static drawdown rules for 2-Step accounts:My balance: $111,580Unrealized PnL: -$3,000Current equity: $108,580Static breach threshold: $90,000Distance from breach: $18,580 ABOVE the limitI was NOWHERE NEAR breaching under the correct rules for my account type.Their Breach Calculation (WRONG):Their system incorrectly applied trailing drawdown:Peak equity: $101,992.04Trailing limit: $98,992.04My equity: $98,893.74Breached by: $98.30The Response:I've been fighting this for over a week. I sent multiple emails with:Screenshots proving I have a 2-Step accountScreenshots of their own rules page showing 2-Step uses static, not trailingClear mathematical proof I didn't breach under correct rulesTheir "Lead Support" Raymond responded: "This drawdown is applied" - completely ignoring that the WRONG drawdown type was applied to my account. When I asked WHY trailing drawdown was applied to a 2-Step account when their rules clearly state it's "Instant Only," they just repeated "we already explained" and "this drawdown is applied."No Resolution:Despite providing irrefutable evidence that their system applied the wrong product rules to my account, XPIPS refuses to:Acknowledge the errorExplain why 2-Step accounts are using Instant Funded rulesReinstate my account with correct settingsProvide any refundThe Real Issue:This isn't about interpretation or a "close call" breach. This is about XPIPS's system applying completely different product rules than what I purchased and passed. I paid for and completed a 2-Step challenge, but my funded account was held to Instant Funded standards.Either this is:A critical system bug affecting multiple tradersIntentional application of stricter rules to avoid payoutsBait-and-switch advertisingWarning to Other Traders:Check which drawdown rules are actually being applied to your funded accountScreenshot everything - your account type, rules pages, and statisticsBe aware that XPIPS may apply different rules than advertisedTheir support will not help even with clear evidence of errorsI successfully passed two challenge phases, grew a funded account by over 11%, and lost everything due to a system error they refuse to fix.Save your money and go with a more reputable prop firm.Account numbers for verification: 680958897 (Phase 1), 680959049 (Phase 2)
