I signed up to fully enjoy the offerings, but after reporting cheaters in a few games, I was banned for doing so. Apparently, reporting too often is a problem. How can I be punished for trying to address cheating? I asked for a refund and am currently waiting to see if it will be honored, but they have already revoked my access. Would I recommend it? The games were fun, but constant disconnections made it less enjoyable. It seems like there's a lack of concern for players and a tendency to penalize the wrong individuals.
