I placed an order on 09/10/25 and initially received quick communication confirming my order with a 5–7 day wait for tracking. However, by 09/14/25, I was told shipping would happen within a week. Since then, I've faced continuous delays, with claims that they have 20 days to process orders. Despite my follow-ups since 10/10/25, they only respond late at night with vague promises to ship 'tomorrow.' This feels like a scam, and I suggest using other sellers. My new go-to is a different provider with constant communication and 7-day shipping. Update on 10/18/25: my package finally arrived, but in odd packaging.
