I submitted an order on May 4th, and paid for express shipping. I submitted the order and was expecting to receive notice by May 10th, per their website. It wasn't until I reach out on the 12th that they responded to me saying that the order had not started. I asked if they could please cancel, and was ghosted until the order shipped. I needed the shirts to arrive by the 20th, however, they arrived on the 22nd. They only responded to me now, since I placed a dispute on Paypal. And they claim they let me know ahead of time of the time of arrival, however, that is not the case. I am waiting now to see what happens with my money since they did not fulfill their promises on their website.
