The company sent me a completely different product than what I ordered and paid for. This was entirely their mistake. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, they were unwilling to correct it without me paying for return shipping. The conversation shifted to offering a 15% refund without needing to return the item, which eventually escalated to a 40% refund. Their customer service would not cover the shipping for their mistake and tried to resolve it within their limitations. They do not seem to intend to compete with US online or retail sellers. In my experience, most legitimate retailers in the US rectify their mistakes promptly. Therefore, proceed with caution; the risks with this company outweigh any potential benefits of purchasing at a lower price. Hard pass.
