Terrible shopping experience. Terrible customer service. I ordered a sofa and received it after 4 weeks. When I received the product, the shipping company told me that the product was defective. They would come back to collect the sofa if necessary. The sofa was assembled incorrectly and could not be connected. I sent a complaint and contacted via email but no one answered. I tried calling Xxxlutz but still did not receive a response. It has been almost a month now and still cannot contact them. Worst company ever. They knew the product was defective but still delivered it to the customer and let the customer receive the defective product.
