I can't speak much about Xylships. But, what I have read that scammers work together. They share tracking # info. with each other. A parcel China to Canada, Seller says 3-15 days. Well it's 21 days today. It has been scanned 7 times in Canada, naming no cities (RedFlag). The first or second scan should be Vancou., Burnaby, and one other in B.C. It will say eventually Delivered. Which it wasn't.
