I was a little disappointed with the Y brush the charging point was very difficult to find plus there was no guidance where it was on the website or via the QR code I had difficulty downloading the QR code and it just played the first video over and over. I decided to return the product and Y Brush were very helpful and the refund process was very straightforward after sending all my relevant postage receipts.
