Yallabe does not deserve any Star rating honestly. There customer support is the worst customer support I have experienced. The issue stated that Yallabe wanted to withdraw $2000 from my account without informing me and they get blocked. I emailed Yallabe with the receipt attached as a proof, but did not border to reply my email. After that, I started having issues with Yallabe. I emailed 4 to 5 times a day, but never got the real answer they sent me the same message everything asking to explain what the issue is and how they can help. I replied the email and attached every receipts they could possibly ask for! They will not reply until I email them again and it has been going on for weeks at that time I have 30 orders awaiting to be fulfilled by Yallabe managed account.The same credit card payment that I used to purchase the software that was accepted is now not accepted by Yallabe. Because that I was unable to upload Balance into the Credit Balance inorder for my products to be fulfilled.As I am writing this review, Yallabe has blocked me from there software with more than 30 to 40 products ordered. This has affected My business that I have to refound the customers..and I am re receiving many emails a day from eBay to resolve the issues.Yallabe needs to improve there customer support. And secondly, not to withdraw from customer account with informing the customer.
