Tried this out, like many, on the lookout for Skype alternatives. I like the simplicity of its design, the brevity and straightforwardness of the sign-up process, with minimal information required to create and activate an account, and love its being entirely web-based and easily accessible from any device anywhere no software required. Did a couple of calls while abroad and worked as intended. When I did experience minor issues I notified customer support which was quick in getting back to me and take corrective action. So far, so good: this service provides just what I needed, and I am sure it will further improve over time as it gets more established.
