My spouse and I have several items from YahMo - we were early adopters! Whenever we wear YahMo out, we get many, many favourable comments. We like that! Recently, I made a mistake on an order - the customer service people jumped through hoops to correct this before it was shipped. This has never happened with other vendors. Kudos to YahMo for this fix!
