I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I ordered items from their website, but I was not satisfied with the products and requested a return and refund. They responded to my email saying they would get back to me within 2–3 days.It has now been over a week, and I have received no response whatsoever. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Ignoring customers after promising a reply shows a serious lack of responsibility and respect.I am still waiting for my refund. If I do not receive a response and resolution soon, I will be forced to take further action and file a formal complaint.I strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this website.
