Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered two children’s abayas which were far too large so I returned them following the correct process (which is very long winded and more complicated than it needs to be) and I also had to pay return postage. My tracking shows the item has been received by them but over 20 days since they received the item and still NO REFUND and no reply to my emails.
