AVOID I bought two pre wrapped Ghutrah scarf hats for around £45 from Yallaworldx, I cannot find a place to leave a review for this company however the return was to peacock supplies so I will leave the review here. Might not be a lot to some but is to me. Anyway I bought one Baby size and one Adult size. The website clearly shows photos of babies wearing this hat. I wanted me and my son to have matching ones for Eid. Not the website does clearly state no refunds on these products. I was aware it would be a slight risk with the baby size one as babies can differ in size and nobody else sells this product. So I figured it may say baby but be slightly big. Upon receiving the item they came in two unmarked clear plastic bags. Neither say adults or baby size on them so it was immediately hard to differentiate between which was for which. There was a difference in the internal hat. But that is all. I tried both on to see which one was adult size and when I say neither fit at all. They both fit like Jewish skull caps. I tried seeing if maybe they stretched a little and there was no way they were fitting. I have a normal size head I wear loads of caps and beanies and often I have them adjusted to be small. So a adults small size even should have fit. It was clear there was no real adult size here. So I went on to see if either fit my son, both were really loose on my son, they seem more suitable for toddlers size like my nephew's are 3 and 6 and maybe they would fit them. However there is a a size for that age range on the website and that's not what I ordered so I had clearly been miss old this product. I immediately contacted the store and made them aware of the situation, they were insistent that no mistakes was made with send me the wrong size and continued to insist that the adult size would fit. The communication was horrendous. I requested a refund and they directed me to the returns portal and at the end of the email stated Ghutrah were not refundable. To which I replied you didn't even read my email you have just sent me a generic response as you are saying contradicting things. Eventually they request photos to which I sent photos with a tape measure and one hat has the diameter of 6inches whilst one was 6.5inches. Now how many babies and adult men have a difference of 0.5 inch in the diameter of their head? To which they still replied saying that the adult one was more stretchy. Eventually I went through the portal to request a refund. On the portal it was accepted and I was asked to ship it. They refuse to pay for returns so I had to pay around £9.50 to post it tracked back to yallareturns at peacock supplies. So all in all I'm down around £55. This was around 3 days ago it was delivered and I still have no response from the company. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. They miss sold a product which is haram. I'm assuming its a Muslim ran business. They then had poor communication. They haven't refunded my money for a product I returned, again that money is haram for you. You should know better, how can you run a business like this. In Ramadan as well. I will now leave poor reviews where I can to warn other people against this bad service. No doubt then someone will probably contact me and arrange the refund. I shouldn't have to chase you so much for a refund when you made the mistake in the first place. Honestly please take time to reflect on the Adhab of business and how you should carry yourself. I'm sure peacock supplies will reply and say it's not there problem and the review shouldn't be on here however the review will be staying on here as the return address was your place so even if you are letting another business use your address it's your own fault for doing business with unprofessional dishonest companies. But I'm pretty sure that's a child company of peacock supplies. When I search Yallaworldx there are no Google reviews, no address, no active reviews on trust pilot. So I was left here.
