I have been buying from Yama several times. The first two times were very good, where I bought sea urchins. However, the third time when I bought sea urchins, they shipped me completely frozen ones, although I bought fresh ones. I tried to reach out via email, and after about three days, they offered me to return the frozen one I received and they will ship me a new one. However, during those waiting periods, I already ate the frozen ones because I did not want to waste that expensive food. All I am saying is that it took them pretty long to solve the issue, and asking the customer to Return some sea food that needs to be eaten fresh after several days of receiving it does not sound the best solution. However, the salmon from Yama is still pretty good, so I decided to continue buying salmon from them. Shockingly,I bought some otoro very recently, and after it being thawed, some orange liquid that looks like food coloring came out,l of the fish, and that is really suspicious ( I do have a picture of it). Will I buy from Yama again? I am not sure.
