I never received my item. It was delivered to the wrong house and shows delivered but it never was delivered to my house. In the shipping picture its not my house. Plus my outdoor cameras show i never received it. Yanks mannequin told me to file a claim through fedex. Fedex said i need a waiver through the seller if i want to file the claim myself. Yanks Mannequin said the waiver has to be done through their party that ships the packages. It sounded like Yanks did not want to mess with it. I contacted fedex and told them what Yanks Mannequin said, and they said the waiver has to be through the seller which is Yanks Mannequin. Fedex said Yanks Mannequin is the one on my invoive so the waiver has to be done by them. Fedex also stated if i do the claim through there party that ships like Yanks Mannequin wants me to that ill be wasting my time and it will be denied on my claim. I told Yanks mannequin this but they wouldn't listen. I guess im just ripped off $320. I would like my refund please. This is not fair.
