I've been waiting over a week to be verified. I have had money sitting on this account waiting to be redeemed for ten days, and I keep getting told by support 2-5 days. Well, it's been 6 business days, and still no kyc verification. There has been no issue with my documents, support keeps giving me the run around. YAY will respond and tell me to write support, but again, I've done that the last 3 day and been lied to repeatedly. Stay away from this site. They will drag their feet verifying you so that you get bored and waste your money, so that there isn't a redemption. Shady business practices.
