I REALLY like Yay Casino and I HATE to do this to them. I rely on these reviews when I decide what platform to play. requested to redeem on 2/8/26. It is now 2/18/26. In their defense there was a hiccup with my account and I am totally to blame. That was rectified 2 or 3 days later. So we'll say 7 days. Still lengthy. I reached out to them and four hours later I received a response with them needing to verify my phone number for a "smooth transaction cashing out to a gift card". I'm 98%sure that I requested to cash out to my checking account. I responded advising the rep of this. Will this be a PITA?? Let's see how it goes. Stay tuned..
