Hello,My name is Zsolt Andras BozikI am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request of 300 USDT that I made on July 8, 2025, at 21:51 on Ybets.net casino.As of today, more than 72 hours have passed and the withdrawal is still showing as "Processing" in my account. I have contacted the casino’s live chat several times, and I also sent an email. Each time, the support team simply apologized and stated that my request was forwarded to the finance department and that they would try to speed up the process. However, no clear timeframe was ever given, and the situation has not changed.Previously, I made a smaller withdrawal which was processed quickly. But now, with this larger amount (300 USDT), it seems they are delaying it without providing any specific reason. I have been polite and patient throughout, but I am growing increasingly concerned about the legitimacy of this process.At this point, I have no choice but to ask for assistance. I am requesting that the casino either process my withdrawal without further delay or provide a valid explanation supported by evidence for why this is taking so long.I am attaching screenshots of the pending withdrawal and chat communication with support. I hope this issue can be resolved professionally and promptly.Thank you in advance for your help.
