Have you ever felt like you wee being taken advantage of by an online casino? This is my experience with this gaming site. I had been wanting to close my account, as I had made many large deposits on a daily basis, average of $200/day and winning very little. I won a few times in the beginning but suddenly the winning stopped. It was almost like I was playing on a new gaming site. As I began to complain about not winning, and also about the games locking up and not paying out during the bonus rounds, I was assigned to several different people to handle my concerns. I discovered that very little was being done to refund or correct the games that were locking up. This week alone, I had more than $100 of bets removed from my balance where the game never launched. I pointed this out immediately to live chat and to the person assigned to me. They always respond kindly that they will rush the request to make a correction. So far, nothing has been credited back to my account. The problem here is, they don't seem to manage these games? Its like they lease these games from a 3rd party and host them on their website. I could be wrong, but if this isn't the case, why does it take so long to have the many malfunctioning games reviewed and corrected? Are other players experiencing the same issues? I have been pleading with them to close my account and they always respond with excuses that I'm just having a run of bad luck. How many more thousands of dollars will I lose before the run of bad luck ends? How much more money will be taken from by balance when the game doesn't launch? This gaming site is bad. They will gladly take your large deposits but do nothing to correct or credit back your balance when the games malfunction and lock up.
