I ordered two paid of shoes in november. i understood the shipping of up to 13 weeks. i received one pair and not the other i have been emailing since to be told there was a shipping delay and the shipping team will review and approve and i will get notification. a month later still nothing i emailed again to be told the same thing i was already told. now no one wants to answer my emails. this is very discouraging and not an appropriate way to handle business and or customers. maybe this is a third party and not the official site. i should be compensated some way for this inconvienence as well as receive my order in full.
