I ordered my items on August 4 and I'm still waiting. It's been months, and I've reached out multiple times. On September 25, I was misinformed about the production time—my order was supposed to arrive for a birthday on October 26. Now, it's Christmas, and this was what my son wanted. I was told my order is in the production queue, but due to high volume, they can't provide an exact shipping date. The estimated shipping times were 4–6 weeks for clothing and 6–13 weeks for footwear. I was promised tracking information once it ships, but I have no updates.
