When I called Yell in early February, the lad I spoke to was not helpful at all, so I didn't do the deal - but when I called Yell today (2nd March 2026) the lassie I spoke with - Marjorie I think she said her name was - was FIRST CLASS. No wonder really as she's a Glaswegian and Glasgow is known as the friendly city! Marjorie was first class, listened without interrupting to what I had to say and then helped me to get a great deal. A price I can afford with the quality of offering you expect to get from Yell. So happy days all round!
