I’ve had a terrible experience with Yell. Despite canceling multiple times and having all calls recorded as proof, they continue to overcharge me and refuse to acknowledge my cancellations.
Their customer service team keeps claiming they didn't know I canceled, even though I have clear evidence that I did.
It’s incredibly frustrating to receive emails demanding payment when I’ve already paid the last bill and my account should have been canceled. As a regulated company, I expected better transparency and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and double-check their statements if dealing with Yell.
