They were professional and nice, but it didn't work out for us. It's great seeing their positive reviews, but from our experience, we regretfully spent $18k for 3 month contract and that doesn't include separate daily ad spend. We had weekly meetings with account rep, but it should have been with the media/ad buyer who is more knowledgeable. Sounds like others also spent the same as us with no results. Just want to put this out there so you can research options carefully. We also went with them due to the facebook ads.
