I placed an order for a neon sign intended for a significant corporate event and paid extra for expedited shipping, as the support team assured me it would arrive on time. Unfortunately, the sign came nine days after the promised delivery date, missing the event entirely. This failure jeopardized my ability to complete the project on schedule, leading to a client requesting a refund. To add to my frustration, despite the significant delay, the company was initially reluctant to issue a refund for my order. Based on my experience, I have strong doubts that they manage the production of their neon signs in-house.
