Jacket is very low quality

Jacket is very low quality. At least two sizes to small. Uncomfortable stiff material. Attempts to return seem futile. The phone number provided rings until it hangs up. Getting return instructions has proven impossible. Company is from Pakistan and appears to be a scam.

Do not fall for THIS is SCAM

Do not fall for THIS is SCAM! Ships from Pakistan and the items are not as described. They are cheaply made material and if you are paying more than $100 for a vest it should be of good quality. The contact number doesn't work and the contact email submits button does not work. It gives you an error. No way to return an item for a return.

Professional Yet Courteous and Personal

Really pleasant experience, and great price too!I originally ordered two different sizes planning to return the one that did not fit well. I immediately received an email making sure that this was not a mistake. They offered to custom-make my jacket based on measurements that I submitted.The representatives were easily reachable by phone for follow up.Within approx a week I was wearing the new jacket. I couldn’t be happier!

Dishonest

Site indicates the jacket/order is processed in US - clearly not the case. While tracking my order, it is currently in Pakistan - seems it would be much easier to ship from Michigan straight to Texas. Pakistan seems a bit out of the way. I have full faith I will receive a refund - only because I used PayPal.
