Total scam. Website says that their jackets are "Made in Texas with grit and gratitude " in Kerrville, Texas. I ordered one and it shipped from China on December 5th. It didn't make it in time for Christmas so I asked for them to cancel the order and refund me since it was still in China. They said that they could not refund me since they already shipped the item. On January 29th they marked the item delivered but the shipper still shows that it's still in trans shipment status. Since I live in Texas and Kerrville is about 50 miles away, I went to the address that their site says is their retail store. The address is a pavilion on the river front. There is no such store anywhere in the vicinity.
My husband ordered this jacket and was super excited about it. He has been waiting a month. We received it yesterday. First, the jacket doesn't look like images from site ordered. And description is not accurate. The jacket we received is not suede. And the back of the jacket rides up like it was sewn incorrectly. We measured before buying and it runs smaller, we bought bigger than needed (we thought) but it barely fit. The only thing accurate was the inside lining (which was why it was ordered).Secondly, he saw on the website that is would be shipped from a US facility (TX). However, our tracking info said it was coming from Romania (after we'd ordered it).It took from Dec 23 to Jan 23 to arrive. And when we got it, it had a Chicago address for the return address. I did a quick google search before ordering and it came back clean. A month later reviews and BBB come up. Seems like fishy company to me. I would love to return for a refund if possible.
“Be aware”! I ordered this jacket months ago and I never received it. I reached out via email and took them several days to get back to me. Their response was in broken English saying that it’s too late for me to get a refund. I believe this is a total scam.

Yellowstone Shop pushed a 20% discount "at checkout." When checking out there was no area in which to claim this discount. The reply I received when questioning this is "it's company policy..." Basically, not their problem. Worse yet, the item ordered December 16th has not been received. Today is January 3. Tracking shows it hasn't moved since December 26th. Yellowstone Shop has ignored my email in regard to this issue. I have requested a refund.
I ordered a coat from this company and I made the mistake of using their sizing chart. When you coat arrived, just like I expected it was to small. I emailed the company ( this is the only way to reach them ) and I told them the coat was to small. They replied back and said they sent me the size I requested but they would send me a larger coat. They told me to keep the one they sent. I was told I would have to pay $35.00 to cover the cost of shipping. I did that. Since then I have sent several emails inquiring about my new coat. All is get is the messages sent right back to me with no other response. So it's pretty obvious that I paid $155.00 for a coat that is to small plus $35.00 for shipping on a coat I will probably never see.Find another company to deal with. These people suck.
I bought a purse with them and it was all very sketchy. The company that showed up on my credit card was SK Project Management. I didn't receive any order confirmation email, no communication whatsoever. It all looked very suspicious and I was sure I had fallen into a scam. Only after I placed the dispute with my credit card I received an email from them (10 days after the purchase!!) with some lame excuse for not sending anything and guaranteeing the item would arrive. The item was shipped from Pakistan and eventually it did arrive but at this point I have zero confidence on its orgin and it's most likely a fake. I don't even want to go through the trouble of figuring out how to return this to Pakistan. So save yourself the trouble of going through all this, I would avoid doing any business with them at all cost!
