Nothing to do with the work on the vehicle - but trying to get to speak to somone is the most frustrating annoying thing. You get four choices or hold for the "operator" Three of the four choices do not answer and the operator is also non-existent! The only people that answer their phones is those in Sales who I didn't want to speak to. Sort your phones out!!
