I am so disappointed in my experience with yes.fit. They happily took my money for the race/medal and as of today I am 6 weeks post completion with nothing to show for it. All their customer service could tell me was that the medals were "waiting on shipment". If they did not have the product, the race shouldn't have been open or the medal shouldn't have been an option. I was looking forward to future races with them, but after this experience I won't be using them again.Update 6/8/23:I'm updating my review because after reaching out for a second time the company refunded my money with zero hassle and I did eventually receive the medal I paid for. While the experience was not great, they did make it right by me.
