My first race went smoothly. Everything seemed great. Then app issues, no tracking, no race information, looks like a waste of a lot of money. I agree that Customer service tells you it's your mistake that their app and or site is having problems and I've been having trouble for days, receiving one line answers and no solution. In addition to tracking numbers that just sit. So, fantastic idea that worked once beautifully. After that, it's just been days of frustrating emails and no solution.
