I bought a 'Premium' 15-inch M3 MacBook Air and it looks practically unused, deserving 5 stars for that. However, I need to return it due to VAT issues as a small business in Belgium. If the seller confirms my Belgian VAT number, I should be able to get a refund. Interestingly, a new M4 MacBook Air without VAT is only 100 euros more expensive here. I tried reaching out to the support team without success, so I'm hoping to connect through this review. I really want to keep the laptop and change my rating to 5 stars. I appreciate any assistance!
