I purchased a 'Premium' state 15-inch M3 Macbook Air from the platform and initially wanted to give it 5 stars since the laptop appears unused and in excellent condition. However, I need to return it because, as a small business in Belgium, I had to pay French VAT, which should be refunded if the seller verifies my Belgian VAT number due to it being an intra-Community supply within the EU. Interestingly, buying a similarly spec'd new M4 Macbook Air in Belgium without VAT is only 100 euros more. I attempted to contact the support team through the platform, but I had no luck. I'm reaching out here in hopes of keeping the laptop and changing my review to 5 stars. I appreciate any assistance! Update: Thank you for the call yesterday, but I was informed that I would receive further details. To reclaim the VAT from Belgian Tax services, the seller needs to have a Belgian VAT number and address. For an intra-Community supply, the invoice needs to be adjusted to exclude VAT, and I would need a refund for the VAT I already paid. If this can't be arranged, I will have to return the device. It would be more effective to discuss this via email rather than through reviews, but it seems this is the only way to reach the seller. Thank you again, and I hope to hear back soon!
