Booked in for a roof clean with external clean included late last year and had it completed in January.
Initial impressions was relatively positive although they didn’t clean the whole roof, only part of it.
A few days after the clean it because clear that the clean had damaged the gutters in serveral places at front and rear of the house and water was pouring down the house when it rained.
Paul initially said he would come back and fix it but then refused after a week and said they had “uncovered and underlying issue with the gutters” and to get a builder out to fix them.
Was also told I would receive an invoice with pictures of the clean - had to chase to receive these and there is no guarantee as advertised.
Awaiting Paul to come back to me with a suitable remedy for the issues caused.
