Hello,5 days without wifi, we call everyday, they answered us We will call you in five minutes, they never call, second time they told in 10 minutes somebody come to you at home nobody come, third day they told we don’t speak English and when we call we put 8 for having someone who speaks English, another day they told don’t worry we wrote it in the system, we are three at home we go to the restaurant for working is it normal? And we pay the bill is it normal? We worked with hot spot and we received in all our mobile notifications that our applications have more data than usual. Who will pay ?Today I called he answered like usual we will call you later I don’t accept and I explained the problem, the guys told me it’s in the system and he closed .Until now no solution. Unfortunately We pay for this bad service .
