I am writing this review after a very disappointing experience with yfood, not because of the product itself, but because of how a serious issue has been handled.
I ordered 18 bottles (Salted Caramel, Happy Banana, and Heaven Hazelnut). I actually like the salted caramel flavor a lot. However, several bottles labeled as “salted caramel” clearly contained a completely different product (most likely “creamy cookie”).
This is not a matter of personal taste — it is a labeling inconsistency.
I was even able to verify this with two bottles that had identical labels but clearly different contents, something noticeable even from the residual smell. Despite offering to send these as evidence, the company refused to examine them.
What is most concerning is how this was handled:
• Initially, I was offered a replacement of 6 bottles
• Later, this offer was withdrawn
• Finally, I was told that nothing could be done and that I should return the products at my own expense
This kind of response is unacceptable, especially considering that incorrect labeling in food products can have serious consequences, particularly for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.
Instead of properly investigating the issue, the company chose to dismiss it entirely.
I genuinely liked the product and intended to continue purchasing from yfood, but this experience has completely changed my perception of the brand.
I hope this review encourages the company to take such issues more seriously in the future.
