My story is different with others, I made three withdrawals and all went well until two days ago, I did get an email that says my withdrawal is complete but when I checked my binance there's no money deposited, I tried to make another withdrawal using bybit but same story, email says withdrawal but no money, I've been writing asking for live support to review my issue but the bot keeps on saying it's the agent will there shortly, I wish one will tell me what happened, so that I'll be at peace. As things stand I continue trading but I don't know if I'll be able to receive money or not
