This is probably the worst service I've ever dealt with! I've emailed three times and messaged on social media with no response. I ordered on December 10, and it was supposed to be delivered. I received an email on December 15 about last chance for Christmas delivery, yet mine hasn’t arrived, and I have no updates or shipping info. Just a simple email reply would have sufficed, but this experience has completely put me off ordering again. £70 lost with no parcel and no communication. Absolute joke.
