My order was marked as delivered but was not received at my address. The delivery photo clearly shows it left in a shared lobby, not at my unit. Despite providing photo evidence, the service made no effort to rectify the issue—no replacement, no refund, and no communication—while retaining all my funds. This was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this service.
