We had an excellent experience selling our home with Sophie at YieldIt. Sophies professionalism and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled with efficiency and care. We highly recommend YieldIt to anyone looking to buy or sell – a truly outstanding service!
Evie awaited for me to get everything ready and guided me throughout the whole process of buying the studio. Always there to answer or if not called back straight away. Gave me contact numbers for people I will need to speak to in the future. Excellent customer service 👏
I came across Yieldit during my initial search for a buy to let property - their website is easy to use and narrow down your search based on your requirements. They have always been prompt, professional and friendly - I look forward to finding the right property and would (and have) recommend them. Thanks to Sophie, Holly and anyone else I have dealt with along the way.
STAY CLEAR: Watch out for the properties they sell!I bought two properties through Yieldit and, based on my experience, I can no longer recommend them. The listings look attractive on paper, but the reality is very different: the properties were marketed as tenable investments, yet key numbers (ground rent, service charge, projected income) were incorrect or poorly checked. That makes the advertised gross and net yields effectively imaginary. What went wrong.- Inaccurate financials: Ground rent, service charges and rental income projections in the listings did not match the actual figures I discovered after purchase.- Misleading yields: The advertised gross/net yields did not hold up once real costs were applied.- Tenable issues: Some properties were marketed despite being difficult or costly to let or maintain.- Poor post‑sale support: Two years after purchasing, I asked for help selling one property and received only perfunctory, unhelpful replies; they have provided no real assistance despite the asset clearly being unviable long‑term.- Due diligence gaps: It appears the vetting process for listings is weak — buyers should NOT assume the numbers are verified

Sophie Willis was excellent during my purchase of a purpose built student property in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle. I was unsure at some points due to the length of time the purchase took but she kept me up to date in all aspects of the legal process. I would definitely buy through them again
