Hair came and was pleasantly surprised as liked it.. Arrived a few days later than planned but that was not a big deal, Had reached out to Yilite a few times to no avail, no response via chat or email. After spending nearly £300 I was under the impression by their web page that it was free shipping. This was not the case yes I did not pay for the postage and by what I spent I should think it would of been free as they described to the UK. Only a week later I kept getting messages from FedEx to pay a bill!! Confused and thinking it was a scam I ignored until I received a letter in the post from FedEx with the bill enclosed!! Today I was not impressed to say the least. I rang and spoke to them and it was a genuine Bill for delivery of the Yilite hair. So I had to pay an additional £20.41p to them for the delivery, Still no response from Yilite hence the negative review. Come on when your a first time buyer from them surely you would want happy reviews, seems not. First and last time I will buy hair extensions from them their lack of communication is zero. I have left many many reviews honestly and fairly as I personally find and can honestly say this is the first one that has been negative. After spending so much money and all be it that I to received a 50% voucher with hair that to is laughable as you can not even use it. A total farce. Not a happy buyer and just saying be careful as you are committed once you have paid with no response from the firm once they have your money they are non existent.
