A very poor and unprofessional experience. The product I received was defective and completely inconsistent with the advertised quality. Even though the company’s return policy clearly states that customers should not bear any fees in the event of a defective product and confirms eligibility for replacement, customer service refused to honor this and instead demanded additional charges.This is a clear contradiction of the company’s own policy, along with extremely poor after-sales service and disregard for consumer rights. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all and consider this review a warning to anyone thinking of purchasing from them.
