My box came in completely ripped, they had taped 2 boxes together to ship my parts for my ram truck. Parts were falling out and there was no packing inside so all my heavy parts(steering and suspension for dodge ram 1500 4 wheel drive) where just hitting each other. All the ball joints just being tossed around unpacked the heavier parts knocking them. No tape or packing around any of the threads of the heavy parts. Hopefully they go on smooth. Please save urself headache and just buy from a reputable store.UPDATE. MiSSInG A BALL JOINT...
