My experience with Yoast has been extremely frustrating.I originally signed up for SEO Premium and upgraded to WooCommerce SEO two days later. For two years, Yoast correctly charged me only the difference between the two.In 2025, they changed their billing and charged me the full price for both SEO Premium and WooCommerce SEO, even though WooCommerce SEO already includes everything in SEO Premium and more. This resulted in me paying twice for overlapping products.I raised this with Yoast multiple times. Instead of addressing the issue, they repeatedly referred to their refund policy and avoided taking responsibility. It was very clear they were not prepared to issue a refund, even though the overcharge was caused by their own changes.They offered a subscription extension instead, but never acknowledged the error.I have since started another website and, based on this experience, I will be using Rank Math Pro instead.
