As a long-time member, I found the content no longer justified the annual fee. I tried switching to a monthly payment plan, but it led to frustrating outcomes. Unfortunately, this organization has significantly declined in terms of billing and communication. I appreciate the meditations, but as an older yoga practitioner, my needs have evolved, and they aren't adapting. Additionally, obtaining a refund has been troublesome; I've had to involve my bank, yet the erroneous charge remains unresolved. I'm very disappointed.
