I had been following short YouTube and instagram videos trying to unlock different poses and inversions. I came across Nats page and finally decided to invest in the program. It was a game changer. The modules and videos are easy to follow, Nat gives the best illustrations and the Facebook group is extremely helpful and positive. It helps me understand why I’m stuck and make progress.
